In compliance with Bank of Spain Circular 2/2016 of 2 February to credit institutions on supervision and solvency which completes the transposition of Directive 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 into Spanish law Miraltabank publishes the information set out in Standard 60 (“Information on corporate governance and remuneration policy on the websites of credit institutions”) of the Circular.

Likewise, Miraltabank publishes the prudentially relevant information required under Standard 59 of the same Circular 2/2016, prepared in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 575/2013.
